DEVOLUCIONES DE PRODUCTOS DIGITALES | RETURNING DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Luego de realizada la compra, no hay derecho al desistimiento, es decir, no se devolverá el dinero por ser un producto digital, sin soporte material, a menos que se indique lo contrario en el propio producto. Esto se aplica a todos nuestros productos, cualquiera que sea su formato (pfd, vídeo curso, etc.).

After completing the purchase, there's no right of withdrawal, meaning, unless the product states the opposite, there will be no money refunds due to the digital nature of the product, without a material support. This applies to all our products, whatever its format (pdf, video course, etc.).

Xannah Spanish Online no es responsable por ningún cargo adicional (intereses, comisiones, cargos financieros, cargos por sobregiros, etc) de terceros como PayPal, entidades bancarias, etc.

Xannah Spanish Online isn't responsible for any additional charge (interests, commissions, financial charges, overdraft charges, etc.) of third parties such as PayPal, banking institutions, etc.

CONDICIONES DE LAS SESIONES ONLINE | ONLINE SESSION'S CONDITIONS

- Las sesiones deben ser pagadas anticipadamente. | Sessions must be paid in advance.

- Abrimos disponibilidad quincenal cada viernes. | We open slots fortnight every Friday.

- Se podrán cancelar o cambiar las sesiones previo aviso hasta con 24 horas de anticipación sin cargo alguno. En caso de cancelar o querer cambiar la sesión con menos de 24 horas de anticipación la sesión será cobrada. | Sessions can be canceled or changed without charge with a 24 hours in advance warning. In the event of canceling or changing the lesson with less than 24 hours in advance the session will be charged.

- En caso de que el cliente no se conecte a la sesión online, esta será cobrada. | In the event the customer doesn't log in to the session, this will be charged.

- En caso de llegar más de 15 minutos tarde, sin previo aviso, la sesión será dada en el horario acordado y cobrada. El tiempo no disfrutado o la sesión no podrán recuperarse otro día. | In the event of being more than 15 minutes late, without previous warning, the session will be charged and done in the initially agreed schedule. The session or not enjoyed time won't be available for a reschedule. 

- Las sesiones online pueden ser usadas en los próximos 6 meses desde la fecha de pago de las mismas. | The online sessions can be scheduled in the next 6 months from the payment date.

- Las sesiones tendrán una duración de 55 minutos, iniciándose a la hora estipulada. | Sessions will last 55 minutes, starting at the scheduled time.

- Las clases de prueba tendrán una duración de 25 minutos, iniciándose a la hora estipulada. Servirá para que el alumno y los profesores se conozcan y hablen sobre las necesidades del alumno y la metodología de trabajo personalizado. No hay ningún compromiso de reservar clases una vez terminada la clase de prueba. | Trial lessons will last 25 minutes, starting at the scheduled time. Its purpose is for the student and teachers to meet and greet and talk about the student's necessities and the personalised working methodology. There's no lesson booking agreement after the trial lesson ends.

- Los profesores se reservan el derecho a no estar presentes los dos, sin previo aviso, en todas las sesiones. | Teachers reserve the right of not being both present, without a previous warning, in all sessions.

- Los profesores se reservan el derecho de admisión. | All final admission decisions rest with the teachers.

- Si el profesor/es tiene/n algún inconveniente como enfermedad o algún imprevisto, avisarán lo antes posible con al menos 24 horas de anticipación y la sesión se cambiará según acuerdo y disponibilidad de ambas partes. Si el alumno prefiere, se devolverá el 100% del precio de la sesión. | If the teacher/s have any inconvenience such as illness or unexpected event, will warn as soon as possible, with at least a 24 hours prior warning and the session will be changed following availability and both parties' agreeement. If the students prefer it, 100% of the session price will be refunded.

- Las vacaciones de los profesores serán comunicadas con anticipación. | Teachers' holidays will be notified beforehand.
